journey began
Our journey began with a shared passion for brewing and microbiology. With deep respect for tradition and a commitment to quality, we embarked on a mission to bring these ancient yeast cultures to modern brewers worldwide.
Traditional
Our traditional farmhouse kveik yeast cultures are nurtured in their natural environment with pure malt, which helps preserve their authentic behavior.
Multistrain cultures
Unlike isolated strains, our multi-strain kveik cultures work together to create a unique, complex aroma.


From start to end fresh
Our yeast culture production follows a time-honored, traditional process. We use only malt and the yeast culture itself, ensuring the strains remain in their pure, original condition. Our Kveik yeast strains are particularly well-suited for air drying, which makes them easy to preserve and maintain their unique characteristics.
